Hee hee. This has got to be a contender for the entertainment value if nothing else

Supposedly the longest place name in the world. And I believe this is only the shortened version - this is only what it is known as affectionately. But more importantly, it is a peak, with great views of sheep

- and it has a trig!
This mighty 305m peak is located near the east coast on the same latitude as Palmerston North. The only thing against it is that it is on private land. Bummer. But if anyone is passing by, if you knock on the farmers door, he'll more than likely let you drive on up. We followed the farmers directions and managed to drive the ute right up to the end of the farm track and found the sign at the top of the hill as indicated by the farmer. However my GPS was telling me that the correct peak was actually the next hill over. We jumped back in the car and drove across a couple of paddocks and then up the next hill to find the trig on this peak! Perhaps the sign on the nearer hill was put there as a decoy by the farmer?
A fun summit to do. Maybe we could count it as a bag if you can pronounce the name?
